Research

The research I've worked on includes:

• Computer Vision research with Dr. Zhuang Liu.
• Applying Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) to astrophysical problems. I'm working on this with Dr. Francisco Villaescusa-Navarro at the Center for Computational Astrophysics. (Github)
• Studying dwarf satellite galaxies in xSAGA data, and analyzing how host environment affects their formation. I'm working on this with Dr. John Wu from the Space Telescope Science Institute. (Github)
• Applied transformers for plasma control at the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL).
• Discovering 1967 previously unclassified ring galaxies with a machine learning model I created, working with Dr. Bryce Kalmbach from the DiRAC Institute. This work was published in the Astronomical Journal, won awards at Regeneron ISEF & STS, and was presented at the AAS conference. (Github | Research Paper)
